About Us Arne Fockler Arne Fockler created Fockler Consulting after retiring from IBM in 1999. Arne had worked over 30 years for IBM in the Rochester Development Laboratory as a System Programmer, then as a manager and a middle manager; finally working 5 years in Management Development teaching Excellence in Management. He has a dependable track record and good business sense! Arne has been recognized with numerous awards in community, business and military service. A summary of this recognition is contained in recent "Distinguished Alumnus Award from his Alma mater". Our consulting team has a variety of experience and academic backgrounds. Roger Nolte is also an IBM retiree that worked with Arne for several years. He is known for his problem resolution skills, his breadth of technical understanding and his common sense manner in getting problems resolved quickly (and permanently). He has a knack for organizing the business in an effective manner, focusing on the Mission and looking for Market opportunities that work for that mission. Fockler Consulting has devoted a significant amount of its time to working for community minded nonprofit organizations. We have a "cause mentality" and are interested in bettering our communities. Our pricing methodology has been based on our nonprofit organization's ability to pay.
