We network PCs, Copiers, Printers together in a very simple way. Typically we utilize a peer to peer
network. Our clients receive the following services:
- Hardware and Software acquisition
- low cost PC/equipment acquisition
- low cost software acquisition (TechSoup.stock, eBay, NewEgg, etc.)
- Network planning
- shared resources (printers, disk drives, software)
- automated backups of entire disk drives - multiple times per week
- Trouble shooting - we "take over" PCs remotely and can resolve problems quickly
PC Tuning
We get windows based PCs to function well. We have the ability to "take over" a PC (with the clients blessing of course)
so we can examine it remotely (often while the client watches) .. We do not automatically move to the
latest and greatest software releases. We examine the cost, the need and the advantages and
disadvantages of upgrading.
Website Design
We build simple to use websites that allow our clients to "take over" and update these sites themselves if they wish to.
Our sites are "findable" via Search Engines.
